I can imagione nice cups of tea and late summer breakfasts around it. Be careful with the old paint - it could have lead, so use a paint stripper rather than sandpaper. But if you're sandblasting you won't have to worry about that! Is it warming up down your way? We're about to have a lovely warm(ish) weekend here! It looks lovely!
